Whose Blessing?

Numbers 6:24-26 (NLT) 24 ‘May the LORD bless you and protect you. 25 May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you. 26 May the LORD show you his favor and give you his peace.’

Devotional Thought:

“The Priest’s Blessing” as this passage of scripture has been called is one of the most quoted benedictions from the Old Testament. It points to the LORD’s interest and involvement in the lives of his people. Each line emphasizes the LORD as the source of our blessings.
